We use your data to:

- Help you apply clearly and avoid simple mistakes.
Our commitments:
- We don't sell your data.

- These insights are for you and won't block you from applying.
Where your data lives
The clearest way to understand how we handle your data is to know where it sits.
On your device. Your CV, the signals we extract from it, your assessment answers, and the insights you see are held in your browser, on the device you're using. They stay there so you don't have to re-enter anything as you look at different roles, and they remain until you clear them or clear your browser's storage for this careers website. You can remove them at any time using the clear controls on the Match panel.
Sent for processing, not stored. To produce the written insights, the minimum signals needed are sent to our AI provider to generate them. This processing is transient - the provider doesn't store your data and doesn't use it to train its models. The result is returned to your device.
With us. While you're browsing and matching, we don't receive your CV, your answers, or a personal profile - that stays on your device. If you choose to apply, your CV and application are sent to our applicant tracking system (ATS) as part of that application.
With the ATS. When you apply, your CV and application are handled in our ATS under our retention policy. Your match insights, bands, and explanations are for you - they are never added to your application or shared with our recruiters.
Role Ready
A short questionnaire that helps you understand how your work preferences align with a role. It won't block you from applying.
What is collected
Your answers to a standardised Role Ready questionnaire covering work preferences and soft skills. These stay in your browser and can be reused for other roles you view on this careers website.
How it's used
To show your Role Ready alignment and stretch signals for roles you view. These insights are for you, to help you understand where you line up - not for screening.
Where it's stored
In your browser, on your device - we don't hold it on our systems. Your answers remain until you clear them.
Who sees it
Only you.
Our recruiters don't see your Role Ready results, and they aren't added to your application. This is separate from Job Match (CV), which is also candidate-only.
Your control
Clear your Role Ready data at any time from the Match panel.
What it does NOT do
- Does not automatically reject candidates.
- Does not produce a single score that decides outcomes.
- Does not block you from applying.
- Not a personality test or medical/diagnostic tool.
Storage, retention & control
Retention
- Data held in your browser stays on your device until you clear it, or until you clear your browser's storage for this careers website. It isn't on a retention timer, because we don't hold it on our systems.
- If you apply, your CV and application are handled in our ATS under our retention policy.
Your control
- You can clear your matching data from the Match panel at any time.
Providers we use
To run this careers website and generate insights, we use trusted providers to process some of this data on our behalf:
- OpenAI – generates your match insights and suggestions.
- Cloudflare – infrastructure and performance.
How we minimise data
- We send the minimum data needed for processing.
- Providers process it only to return a result to us and do not train their models on your data.
- Your data is not used for advertising and is not used to train advertising models.
