What to Expect: Clinical and Non-Clinical
- During your first week at Prisma Health, you'll take part in onboarding activities, complete required training, and connect with your new teammates. This is your time to ask questions, explore resources, and start forming relationships that will support you throughout your career with us.
- Clinical team members will attend clinical orientation during their first week. The number of days may vary based on your position. You will receive an email with your personal schedule by the Friday before your start date. This email will come from our Clinical Education team.
- Clinical orientation will be held during the day for all team members, regardless of shift assignment.
- Non-clinical team members will hear directly from their leader about their schedule.
- The Learning Hub, Prisma Health's learning management system powered by Cornerstone OnDemand, is where you'll complete required training and track your progress. As part of your New Team Member Experience (NTME), you'll receive an email on your first day with instructions for The Learning Hub and required learning to complete within your first two weeks.
