Pre-onboarding Requirements

Background Check
You will receive an email from our background screening provider, First Advantage. Please read the email carefully and complete all required steps as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or encounter issues while completing your profile, you may use the chat feature on the First Advantage website or call First Advantage at 1-800-372-6465 for assistance. The Prisma Health team or First Advantage may reach out with additional questions to help keep the process moving. Please respond to all communications within 24 hours.
Employee Health
You will receive an email with the subject: Prisma Health Onboarding Portal Activation. It contains information to create an account within the Enterprise Health Portal, schedule your New Hire Screening appointment, and complete the necessary documents before your appointment. Please review the Employee Health section to familiarize yourself with the detailed instructions. 
Onboarding Paperwork
You will need to complete a variety of onboarding tasks assigned to you through the Workday portal. Please complete these tasks before your employee health appointment to ensure your scheduled start date. You will receive three (3) emails. These emails will contain links that include your username and temporary password. Please log in to complete all required new hire forms. This includes the I-9 form, which must be completed before your scheduled Employee Health Screening. As you complete a task, another one will follow. Complete all tasks until no more items enter your inbox. If you have trouble logging in to complete your onboarding tasks, please contact WDA.help@prismahealth.org to request a password reset.
